This is the latest thing in Japan (where it’s called Shinrin-yoku) to help improve well-being, and reduce things like stress and anxiety. We say it’s the latest thing – it’s the latest thing to be reported on BBC’s Travel Show (they’ve probably been doing it for centuries). There are lots of opportunities to go forest bathing in and around Milton Keynes, and is a good reminder that mental health is not just about recovery – we all have mental health, and there is no health without mental health.
